We are known for our personal service and our particular attention to detail when it comes to delivering our seasoned hardwood logs and kiln dried firewood to all the local areas above. Even in the most difficult places and adverse conditions we will endeavour to deliver as agreed, and on time with a smile. But don’t just take our word for it, read what some of our customers have said about us below:
Your delivery man encountered some considerable difficulty owing to cars parked around the entrance to the long drive. Although he still had several deliveries to do, your driver was unfailingly polite, co-operative … beyond the call of duty… and cheerful!

What can I say other than ‘wow’! Unfortunately, due to a cold winter we were getting through a lot more kiln dried firewood than we had expected, so had to have an urgent delivery as we have young children. Thankfully Andrew Heard Logs are operating 6 days a week so we placed an order immediately. Our delivery arrived on time and without any fuss whatsoever. Would not hesitate to recommend for kiln dried or seasoned logs – great job!
Mr J, Oxley
