Naturally dried hardwood logs in Guildford
Our seasoned hardwood logs are all air-dried for at least 14 months prior to sale. This reduces the carbon footprint of our firewood drastically compared to kiln dried logs, making them better for the environment.
Whereas seasoned logs are air dried, kiln dried logs are force dried in kilns for a number of days, using additional wood and electricity to fuel the kilns.
Coal and kindling
